NEWBRIDGE GERMAN EXCHANGES:

Last time I looked, it was trading from Euro 34.70 to 35.50
on the various German exchanges.

At the lowest end this translates to $34.22 US

Looks like a decent increase over Friday NY close, but
tempered by the movement of ALA.

My theory is that ALA has been buying NN through various sources for the last number of months, hold a huge number of shares already, and are in a good position to be the
successful bidder for NN because of a favorable AVERAGE cost.

And if they are left in the dust by somebody like CSCO they
still will come out well!

Pure speculation on my part. Other opinions?
