Valueman: Thanks for the info on Primeco which helps answer my question to Jeff. At the most basic level, do I remember correctly that Primeco is a PCS service operator with a south and southwest regional footprint in selected cities? If so, would Primeco use the Bell Atlantic/VOD/GTE cellular/analog system for roaming - i.e. a combination of PCS and cellular/analog? Chaz
