Listen guys, it's possible that CLFY may not necessarily turn out to be a hugely synergistic investment but I have no doubt that NT (especially knowing Roth) did not as Bosco said in the previous post - just wake up one day and buy CLFY because they had the paper money.

NT has shown itself as a very strategic thinker in the communication space and have broadened itself to cover all aspect of the communication market without going completely out of it's core market/expertise.

Based on the mgmt's capability, past acquisitions, and their depth/breadth of products/services (which most Cisco followers would be amazed if & when they ever find the disparity between NT & Cisco product coverage), I am pretty confident that CLFY fits into their product/service positioning in a fairly substantial way.

Worst case, CLFY is a well managed company with a hot product in an exploding market so in the event that NT does not earn huge synergies, at least they will likely earn a large return purely from an investment point of view -- assuming they don't screw the company up (which they do not have history of doing).
