We looked at the business plan way back when the project first started and did not see much. They claimed large amounts of Tungsten, even if they had it the start up costs and logistics were huge!! Different countries, transportation, infrastructure, and foregien governments etc. There was certainly a good promotion underway though. If NTC is only trading at a market cap of $6mil CDN for proven assets and a working infrastructure then you have to wonder how Ikar got to their highs??? I am not sure if they are business
