You really can't compare smoking a little weed with being a crack addict (Bush).

Marijuana is a largely harmless substance, while crack cocaine has ruined millions of lives. Bush was probably high on crack when he impregnated the girl who subsequently had an abortion at his urging (this was right after he made a fool of himself dancing naked on a bar).
