To all:
It gives me great pleasure to announce that another admin has been added. His name is Jeff and he'll be fielding most of the email that goes to mailto:stocktalk@siliconinvestor.com and mailto:techsupport@siliconinvestor.com, among others. Basically everything but mine (mailto:si_admin@techstocks.com).
He's in Seattle and will be able to help with a lot of things that I just can't do here in the midwest. You'll find, like we have, that he picks up on things very quickly and has already hit the ground running. Jeff worked in a similar position for another site prior to coming to Silicon Investor.
He and I are as like-minded as Jill and I have always been, so this should be a nice fit. Keep in mind, though, that Jeff is my peer, so it isn't necessary to "escalate" things to me. Either Jeff or I will take care of any situation, and when we do, it's as if the other has.
All issues should be sent to the above email addresses as they've always been, although I still prefer that issues regarding spammers be sent directly to me via PM since I'm in a position to act more rapidly on them and have the software to take care of the really bad cases.
