As a Michigan alum I ask that you provide a bit more data on your claim. Michigan on probation ? Not since I have been alive. Lots of smoke, a bit of good fortune, and some damn good attorneys, but I don't think probation as of yet. I am appaled by recent activities, and think it needs to get cleaned up, but I am pretty sure I would have remembered if they went on probation. Anyway, I thought I would spice things up a bit and tell all of you that the best conference in the year 2000 in both major college sports is the BIG TEN. Check out of the bowl games for football and the recent TOP TEN for basketball with 2 returning final four teams. Don't get me wrong- DUKE and UNC lead what is normally the best- just not this year. Being in Michigan and originally from Flint I am hoping for a UC-MSU regional final at the Palace. BTW- In time- Michigan will be back (we will look to steal a Dukie to coach and clean up the program :).
