Haim, I believe most are convinced Bush is the front runner as far as the Republican party, but the last poll I saw had him losing big to Gore (a shoo-in for the Dems). Of course, as Bush Sr. is well aware, things can change very, very quickly. I think the markets would not behave very well if either party carried both Congress and the Presidency...too much risk that stoopid legislation would result.
