Soon to be the next VEN? If you mean in chart pattern, OK, but fundamentally JDX seems better off to me. Didn't VEN start with something like 70M in cash (about 3 times JDX) and 145M shares outstanding (almost 5 times as many as JDX) and 125M in debt (125M more than JDX)? [edited: is this accurate? I am told on the VEN thread that it is not. Now I am worried that I have old info, or am simply mireading the balance sheets.]

This is not to bash VEN--size and market perception matters a lot and VEN is good on both counts, but the comparison should be accurate.

Speaking of market perception, why doesn't JDX issue its releases on more newswires than just Canadian ones (PR newswire, Reuters, etc.)? It seems that if they are looking for more American exposure, this would help. Maybe they are waiting till they have more ducks in rows.

Good luck,
Jonathan
