Pull out your Annual Report, Webpilot, go to page F16 and read Note 10 - Related Party Transactions.
The Company held 281,210 common shares of Intermagnetics General ("IGC") at June 30, 1999, down from the 345,795 common shares they held the year before. Asumming they still have all 281,210 shares and could get $16 for them, that would provide $4,4999,360 or enough money to cover a quarter and a half at the current rate of bleeding. 281,210 shares was as of about 8 months ago. I didn't see any filing telling us what they have left now. 281,210 shares of IMG is not enough to require them to file form 13G as they dispose of the shares. |
