Watch how fast Sprint PCS will counter this and offer their data minutes as part of the voice minutes package instead of the insanely overpriced $.39/minute.

I believe Sprint already has such a plan. Something like $50 for 300 voice/data minutes. I think the 39 cents per minute is just if you don't have a data plan.
