Talked to the company today. Some large contracts which they expected in Mar. were booked in Apr. so this should help this quarter. Business looks good and the company hired 150 people around the turn of the year. This should help both sales and technology. About 4.5 million shares are closely held by founder, directors and officers. The float is only about 5 mill. Funds are waiting this quarter out to get more visability about whether the company is back on track. The directors are currently considering their options in lieu of the price of the stock. They have about 40 mill in cash and marketable securities(gov't bonds,etc.). I know I would do some kind of stock buyback since this money isn't needed for operations.
