Frank, I don't know. I'm a long-term investor so I don't
pay to much attention to the day-to-day stuff.

Paying off the national debt does interest me. I think it
will have an effect on the bond market in the form of lowered
interest rates, which I see as beneficial, long-term to
the equity and capital markets.

Wish I had more to tell you, but I don't.
