Fair enough. It was only an advice which I follow by myself. Take for example COMS. I didn't think about taking profits at 65 because the momentum looked too strong for me. (I posted earlier here).

What happened in turn? My stop order has been hit at 72, so I left five points on the table, but only lucky ones catch the top. But then, I got more than 65 for it.

For me the message was clear. Presumably I'm done with the stock, at least on the long side...I simply move on. I have no reason to love a stock.

I stand corrected. Despite that I didn't think about selling it before the Palm pricing earlier, I did, admittedly.
