The 143 page information circular we have all been waiting for came out today! It is listed on Sedar.

Here is the link to it.

sedar.com

I spent the past 1 1/2 hour reading through it and it answered a lot of questions I had. It also provided a clear overview of just what this company will look like when the deal receives shareholder approval. I also liked the overview of each of the businesses which will be spun off from Net Shepherd into separate IPOs. These are . . . ClickChoice.com, Answers.com, and KPlus.com.

Net Shepherd will also have wholly-owned subsidiaries that will act as distribution channels for the Net Shepherd Platform and their spinoff companies known as AppCos. These will be - Net Shepherd Europe and Strategy Bridge Inc..

The bottom line is that other than the formality of the vote, the deal is done! They can now get on with the steps needed to build the company, finish the ICMS 3.0 (with the neural network capability), and prepare for listing(s) on more prominent stock exchanges.

I have been waiting for this day for a long, long time. It means that we can now look forward to the next phase of the building, and selling, of this great company.

Now, I plan to print off the document, and sit back and re-read what is in it. Let's talk later! <VBG>
