Martin,

Boy, is this day dragging, or what? I need the market to be open <g>... withdrawal pains.

Thanks for posting that fellows note. I think I've told you that I'm using both Metastock as well as Window on Wall Street. Both have nifty features and if someone would figure out how to roll them together into one package, it would be the best thing out there. Not about to happen.

I need more time with BE, but I can readily see being able to give up my EOD service if BE performs as I hope it will. I'd like to see them give users the freedom to adjust those Stochastic settings you talked about. There are probably many more things like that we just haven't found yet.

My plan is to not try to be cute with it. Having all the power to invent my own systems with MS and WOW has been costly and mostly a big waste of time. Why reinvent the wheel each time you need one? I hope to find a couple of BE scans that work pretty well for each type of market we may be in, then glue myself to them.

I spent several months a few years ago "rolling my own" system for trading OEX options. It was beautiful! But, about a month after I put it to work, the market changed and my beautiful system quit making money and cost me a bundle before I figured out the change in conditions. This fact is the basis for my enthusiasm for BE.

As I said over the weekend... we shall see.

Ken
