I doubt it.. It is routine for canadian companies to announce poison pill arrangement when the stock price tanks. But the shares are cheap based on market cap, earning power as soon as JBA is digested, so eventually I expect the share price will go past the last historical highs.. Might take a while.. But if they are taken over now at 45 CAD, they can have my shares... 18 months out, I want 65-80...
