At the reception I asked Dick Grannis 'to clarify the terms of the IDC patent cross licensing agreement as it applies to 3G?', to which he replied.."Q has done a complete and exhaustive search of patents and nothing of theirs has been discovered"." We have repeatedly asked them to disclose if they have anything and they won't reveil to us, this is 99.9% a farse" P
