No doubt those are tracking numbers which allow AMD to identify the specific test lot and probably the fab lot(s) which composed it. This gives much greater granularity than simply work week and assembly site. This information would go into a database which allows AMD to compare final test yields and binsplits plus burnin fallout with fab indicators and over time better track and tune their process.
