I totally understand your position on this Bob. Especially since I was of the same thought when Caroline, et al. showed up after their selling.

You imply that I and others who have sold should not be here. But if you believe that there is some value left in this company and that there will be a viable company running in the near future, then I guess that still makes me a shareholder. Afterall I am entitled to receive the stock dividend. I assure you that I am NOT saying this to be sarcastic. It's just that I now know that everyone past and present has an interest in being included in the discussion.
