Being low volatility BLS will not collapse down 95 but it's sure heading for Key West. RS has been in O's since Mar. 1999. Near the bottom of the bell curve so could have a dead cat bounce here but I would rather have my money in something else. Often times its best to just find another stock in the same price range that has the opposite attributes. I would not short however. T
