(FED CDNX) has received shareholder approval to change its name to Airbomb.com Marketing Ltd. and to move it's incorporation to Delaware. Both moves should have a significant impact on the stock when they are completed. First, the thousands of people who visit AIRBOMB.com on a weekly basis will now be able to find their favorite supplier on the stock market and secondly, U.S. investors will now have easier access to the stock. The name change is expected to be finalized next week with a new symbol, AIR, while the incorporation move will likely occur during the first week of March. Our two month target is $3.00.
