hi stew, today, i visited the store where i bought my 35" sony with guideplus gold weeks ago. they have a new sony 19" with attached vcr at the base. has VCR + logo on it. cost $399...i was really glad to see that price point. also noticed that every satellite box in the store now has starsight. do you have any idea about direct tv's plans to switch from starsight to guideplus...i know gmst owns both, but i believe i read in the stephens report that only guide+ supports ad revenues. tia, unclewest
