IMO ... it will be a press conference ... BXM just doesn't want to give away any thunder by saying so at this point in time. <G>

I really hate to keep throwing up justifications and/or rationalizations ... but one more did occur to me.

For 20 years I ran a service business ... and advertising agency.

I can tell you if a client came in again and again and again with the same advertising piece he wanted to do ... never changing the advertising and never getting any results from it ... I would have ... in short order ... tell him "Look, your money is nice ... but you're not getting any results for your money ... I cannot and will not in good conscience continue to take your money when you are getting absolutely nothing in return!"

Now ... put yourself in IAL's (an internationally recognized assay firm) position ... do you really think they would run 38,000 assays ... all of them coming up with ZILCH ... over a 2-3 year period ... and just keep saying "Well, Mr. Felderhof ... looks like you struck out again ... now we've run over 30,000 assays ... and it's not my business to tell you anything ... so I won't ... you just keep bringing in that worthless moose pasture dung you've been bringing us ... keep paying your bills on time ... I thank you, my wife thanks you, my children thank you!"

Why do I have a problem with this picture?
