appointed Ms. Joanne Cheng as the Vice President of Public Relations and
Marketing. Ms. Cheng is a seasoned bilingual marketing consultant with

than 13 years experience in broadcasting, promotions and producing, and
will
be responsible for the development and coordination of CathayOnline's
Public
Relations and integration of the interface into the Company's Internet
Content
Portals (ICP's) for the Chinese Market.
Originally from Beijing, Ms. Cheng worked as a news reporter and later as

Cheng has provided consulting services for Chinese American television
reporting, as well as marketing and pubic relations to clients in both the
broadcasting, advertising and corporate fields. She has worked with more
