David: Thanks for a reassuring post from an engineer. I'm happy to hear that DLGC has improved on the software side.

I was at the shareholders meeting today, and I'm quite excited about
this issue for the long term. I spoke with Howard and I'm convinced
we are on the right track. Let me clear up recent confusion that I may
have been part of on the board.

#1) Goldman Sacks DID NOT sell Dialogic stock 2 weeks prior to the latest EPS report. There was an incorrect news release because Goldman filed the wrong form with the SEC, which has since been corrected. Some of Dialogic's directors transferred stock through
Goldman, hence the miscommunication. I apologize for any confusion that I may have caused surrounding this issue. I also apologize to Goldman Sachs.

2) New CFO is BIG news because Symbols & Technology is a very well run company and we at DLGC will enjoy the new depth on this
front. This change in conjunction with new corporate council will allow for above average financial controls that will help us going forward.

3) Howard Bubb is a very impressive CEO. I must confess I may be
losing some objectivity here because of my interest in the company, but I think NOT! This guy has great vision, I just think
he is spread too thin. Help is on the way! He appears very confident
of the war ahead. Frankly, I do as well.

4) Microsoft is incorporating DLGC compatable technology in their
net meeting muti-media implementation.

5) Lucent apparently is already a Dialogic client on several fronts. Also, they will be working collaberatively with Lucent going forward and may have a good size design win on the horizon.

6) This Mngmt team is now very conservative regarding their ability to
model revenue from new internet initiatives. There is just no history
on many of these products to gauge.

7) They do believe their stock has over reacted to the latest miss and
might consider a share repurchase. I would not assign a high probability to this, it was just a response to a question.

8) There were not many institutional investors present. Most have exited the stock, and probably won't be back for some time.

Conclusion: I definately feel DLGC's fundamental position is intact However, it may take longer than I would have expected for the industry to build momentum. This company represents excellent risk/reward for patient investors at these prices.
