I'm another long holder on this one. I don't think 20 is coming this year but I do hope to see another run up to the 16-18 range. I still haven't figured out why it dropped to much. Everything I read in WSJ is upbeat about the fiber business. Local competition to long distance may be one thing that is manipulating the price (just my guess). If we see a favorable conclusion to that issue, then the price may run back up. Here in Texas, I think it is crazy to pay 10 to 15 cents/min for long distance to other states and yet pay 30-50 cents/min for long distance to other cities in Texas!
