Dean, I'm sorry that Hossein and yourself will be unable to attend. I was looking forward to repeating our luncheon experience from last time. I'm hoping to once again partake of the fine cuisine that we discovered there. Truly one of the least known bastions of culinary excellence... Wouldn't you agree??.. :0) And the fact that there are few buyers is matched by the truth that there are few sellers as well.... :0) I think we are all waiting for news. I heard Bill will be out of town for the rest of this week on business. Wouldn't tell me what it was about, but I hope it is something concrete. Regards, Ron
