Steven: In looking at the data posted on SEC, it seems to me that the company was and remains cash strapped and has out sourced work to a company controlled by its CEO. Not only is this incestuous but subject to conflict of interest ( Which company wil the CEO - Hassan is his name, I believe, favor: AMCM or the company he owns.

Also, usually the company used for outsourcing is paid cash for services. Hassan's company is being paid cash and shares. Not only does he gets rights to 12,000,000 + shares of AMCM for $.01 each but he also controls the voting rights of Hoffman (?) ( who owns 12,000,000 + ?) shares. For how long, I wonder.

My point is that given what appears to be promising technology how did the comapny, having been in operation for over a decade, mess up to be in the poor financial shape it is in. Usless you know the management I would keep away from it.

On a POTENTIALLY positive side the CEO Hassan may want to turn AMCM around because of the extremely generous stock options given him for presumably transferring AMCM's manuf. activiies to the company he controls.

PS. Their website is pitiful- but that may be because its is "under construction"

If you have more info. please post here. Thanks.

Does the comapny have a tele. No. for Investor Relations. I would love to talk to them.
