A foot note on the shares of 144 issue.

I hope it's not true yet someone told me that shares also can be sold pre the reg. into the market in a form of a short and the cover can become the true shares when worked through the paperwork. So should a insider wish to get a big bang for the buck and some firm wants to short the issue.... well that's hearsay yet could be true.

What do you think could anyone ever do such a deed? hmmm in deed LOL.
