One of my friends is familiar with IB. Here is a problem he experienced:

Suppose you are trying to place an options trade order. It shows three prices on three different exchanges, but the best price has only a few contracts open interest. If you place an order for more contracts, the others immediately catch up and your order never gets filled. This happens especially if you are placing a large order - say, 100 contracts.

Have you experienced anything like that in your dealing with IB? I usually trade around 50 contract lots.

Thanks
