Judge weeks away from Microsoft trial verdict

Jackson's decision, guaranteed to generate legal appeals, could come within weeks after Tuesday's
courtroom arguments. If, as expected, the government were to prevail, the judge has indicated he
will organize another legal proceeding to determine what actions to take against Microsoft.
