I can't really comment on the arrangement between the two companies because I don't know all the details. At face value, I don't see anything wrong with one company helping the other. That is the entire goal of the ICGE stable of companies, where one frequently partners with and helps the other. The phone number for the company is listed in the first post, and yes they are working on their new website.
