Given that the base, featureless telephone costs less than 10 dollars, guess how much gold is used in one? Trace amounts, as a matter of fact. Now consider a telephone with lots of features, which will increase the price by a factor of 10. So, what is a better store of value, the gold or the technology (not the particular technology used, but the general concept)? The answer is obvious to all other than gold bugs! The gold peddlers will stop at nothing it seems. So, everyone needs sodium in food, and there is only so much sodium on the planet. Got sodium?
