Ray, my thinking on MAN is much like my thinking towards FGX. Things look great but the stocks continue down. FGX has changed albeit nobody is able to say why we should believe it, especially Claude. And I believe that FGX is a buy here as I'm long some a few shares. I'm playing the anti-anti or the contra-contra on this one!

The similarity of these companies is that we have been led to believe that a major will buy them out. Hold for the ultimate liquidity path!

All the analysts go to the property, the majors visit, but no takeover is forthcoming. Why?

Has management received an offer? Does management think that the asset is worth more than the offer if there were one? If management is only a minority shareholder why do they have the right not to consider the offer by showing it to the majority of shareholders? Have they shown it to the shareholders? Why can't we vote? Maybe they didn't think the offer, if there was one, was good enough. For whom? We have no idea what happens at the board level. We just look at the chart and the price attrition.

I usually vote by shorting the story that management lays out to us, the fish food, the ground up pieces of body parts that no one else can use, the bottom of the food chain. Well, it's enough for me.

Tell me your thoughts on this whilst I'm waiting or are you a shill that I've just discovered?
