Actually Ken, right now VOD is growing at 50 to 100 percent a quarter - and maybe that is getting lost a bit in the RT wash.

On the last call Nussrallah said he is comfortable with again doubling VOD revenues (Q-o-Q) this quarter - and said while "you can't double forever, we're on a pretty good slope."

I also noticed the fleshing out of the IPO language in his amended contract and thought it revealing... Why would they go through the effort to clarify and agree on all that if they didn't have such intention? If it were just lip service, seems to me the language would have just stayed as it was.

An IPO of VOD would be great for realizing superior value for this growth, but maybe they could keep it as a tracking stock for the time being so as to keep the nice RT company infrastructure they presently enjoy (manufacturing, international sales presence, etc).

Once they get going full bore, they could spin it off to existing shareholders a la COMS+PALM... (and we've seen what happened there!)
