Just saw a report on CNBC that CPQ has made a $2 mil (?) deal with Cabletron Systems to buy Aprisma (sp ?) equipment and take some type of equity position in Aprisma which is going to be spun off by CS soon.

Can't find any news release on this so far ... so I'm NOT sure exactly what CNBC said ... I think the above gist is correct.

When press release is available I'll post it.
