John, Reverse split what? NUOA - why? OAIS - why? There is no reason too do either. Fred stated over a year ago that a reverse split would not be necessary. If it would become necessary to do a reverse split, I'd guess OAIS would be the one! NUOA will still own the same percentage of OAIS regardless of how many shares there are of OAIS. Jeff
