NN to be bought for"up to $6.5 billion" according to the following: upside.com So, what if ALA offered $36/ share and the NN board rejects it ? How's the market going to react to NN not accepting the only offer on the table ? All of a sudden, earnings take on a much greater importance, don't they. Hold on for the roller-coaster ride ahead...
