Great question Mark....Actually my first shares were purchased in January of 97. Prior management and I had a big blow up...I came within a finger's twitch of selling what was a significantly smaller position and walking away. That was when I decided to call Gary Kehoe. After a 45 minute phone conversation I concluded that Kern would not likely survive and that Kehoe had a clear vision of what it took to grow the company. It was not until events confirmed Kern's departure that I took a more significant position. Some time later I visited the company and again added to my position.

Kehoe's predecessor was,IMO, a great liability and were he to have remained I would have long since jettisoned my shares. It is current management that has taken this little company from the brink of bankruptcy and has postured them for better things.
