Recent visit of the Natick store, revealed improved restocking and displays. Old employees were hired back and jewelry dept has too many employees left over from Valentine sale.

There is much work to revitalize traffic at the stores. The visit has seen more window shoppers who stayed longer. Most are younger couples.

Net and call center business, if exceeds 15% of total, would not do the turn around. Stores and reopening of stores may be a long term project to be considered. Once the store operations are profitable in the first three quarters of the new year.
