I am not aware of THQ guidance becoming public before. What I am aware of is that over the last several years, THQ had very low projected earnings and growth rates, projections that they smashed. Was similar lowball guidance given out in previous years? Is the difference now is that somebody leaked the information for self serving reasons? Do we know who actually leaked the information and does this constitute trading on insider information?
