Dear Chin: Yes, they even issued a Press release several weeks ago stating that they would upgrade the modem for a nominal charge. At that time they recommended waiting until final standards are adopted. I think BOCI is trying as hard as they can, especially in the retail field which is where they need to make headway to boost earnings. But the competition is tough and I dont know whether or not they will be successful. However at this time I am just holding my stock its too low to sell unless I get desperate. jdn
