Donner Corp. International Upgrades to Buy Recommendation on Mustang.com, Inc.

SANTA ANA, Calif., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The following is being issued
by Donner Corporation International, a member of the National Association of
Securities Dealers, CRD number 37702:
Donner Corp. International, an Investment Banking firm headquartered in
Santa Ana, Calif., today upgraded to a Buy Recommendation on Mustang.com, Inc.
(Nasdaq: MSTG), (formerly Mustang Software), Bakersfield, California. Donner
issued a Speculative Buy Recommendation on Mustang.com on November 12, 1999.
Mustang.com designs, develops and supports Internet and e-mail based customer
management software applications.
Donner cited the Company's eight consecutive quarters of revenue growth at
a compounded rate of 17 percent. Revenues increased 85 percent to
$3.7 million in 1999 compared to $2 million in 1998. Donner also cited the
increased emphasis by Mustang.com on sales, marketing and engineering.

Donner also emphasized the announcement by Mustang.com that it has formed
an alliance with Government Technology Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: GTSI), one of
the largest providers of information technology solutions to Federal, state
and local governments, to market the Mustang Message Center e-mail management
solutions to the various levels of government.
The Mustang Message Center solution was named a "Hot Pick 2000" award
winner by Call Center News Service magazine. The magazine said, in giving the
award: "To our minds, Mustang.com offers the best of what has quickly become a
rich category of message-handling and automation tools." Mustang Message
Center improves e-mail management in high-volume customer service operations.
Donner said it believes that "Mustang.com is showing that it is the number
one choice in the e-mail management marketplace." Donner stressed that
Mustang Message Center, which has won numerous awards, is used by 3Com, Lucent
Technologies, The U.S. Mint, and Time Warner News Media, among hundreds of
others. Donner stressed it believes Mustang.com is significantly undervalued
