Charles, a whole bunch of that 127 was from Ampex Media. When they sold that they not only boosted capital, but they lost ( on a contingency basis) 70 million in pension liability....also dropped a ton of overhead. So they cleaned up the balance sheet, lost a negative cash drain, and gave themselves the capability of developing this new line of products.Lance is right, that seems a small price to pay for a decline in the top line.
