NEW YORK, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- ProNetLink.com, the Global Trade Internetwork(TM) (OTC Bulletin Board: PNLK - news), today announced the launch of Actrade Capital, Inc.'s patented Trade Acceptance Draft (TAD(TM)) Program on the ProNetLink.com Web site. The TAD Program, now available to ProNetLink.com users, provides third-party unsecured payment terms to qualifying commercial buyers who make purchases on ProNetLink.com. Under the terms of an agreement made in January between ProNetLink.com and Actrade International Ltd. (Nasdaq: ACRT - news), Actrade International's wholly owned subsidiary Actrade Capital, Inc. serves as the sole provider of TADs on ProNetLink.com.
