Freddie, MDIN is a non-reporting company at this time but they have filed the initial paperwork with the SEC to become reporting soon. MDIN has no real revenue currently but this is likely to change very soon in a big way. I suggest sitting on this one until at least it reaches the $2 to $5 which I expect to see hopefully before April or May. I believe this will happen when MDIN annouces early production numbers from the new mines |
