I just got off the phone with Jeff Cox a director and this is to remain haled for at least 6 weeks in Canada but the MMin the states has a 30 day exclusivity to suck out any shares people want to dump under MCERF.Granted this was a shell with 30 million shares out but what is the purpose of rolling it back on an I-net deal.Screw the shareholders.The annual meeting is a joke as the insiders control most of the stock.I have to sit back and ask myself"Who is going to benefit from this deal??" I am in it but as soon as I can unload it I am going to. The Osprey Did I miss something here???
