Scot - RE: "Certainly a royalty scheme on X-Box software would be difficult to implement if the software were cross-platform." One of the websites that had rumors on X-Box (there are so many) said its games wouldn't be compatible with the PC, meaning on couldn't just stick in the DVD in their computer and expect it to run. Do you or anyone else know how the royalty works with Nintendo, Sony, or Sega?
