SF, BEAS earnings are after the close today. It shot up at the open only to tank but is slowly recovering. CSFB upgraded it to a strong buy this morning. Anyone with Level II - can you see if they were the ones dumping it? Most likely IMO they were. I think there should be a rule that brokerages upgrading a stock cannot sell it the same day...
